Adam Hansen

Adam has been in the innovation game for over 30 years, spending the first third of his career in innovation on the client side, lastly as Innovation Director at Mars, and now with Ideas To Go for over 20 years. He is fascinated by what makes humans tick, and, along with his co-authors, wrote our book Outsmart Your Instincts: How the Behavioral Innovation™ Approach Drives Your Company Forward.

Adam has led the development of the Behavioral Innovation™ Approach at ITG, with the purpose of helping us unleash more of our inherent innovation capability and get significantly better results at the front end of innovation.
